This is something every one of you would love to get for Christmas. It might be even better if it involved a yarn shop, but I’m not sure.
Good news (mostly) from Heather Cox Richardson’s daily Letters from an American. (You should subscribe — free! — if you do not already get her daily emails.)
Not good news, exactly, but certainly amusing:
I could do some serious $$$$$ damage in either store. Maybe worse in a yarn store. Yarn is lighter. I could hold more.
Phil has had a stiff neck for 2 days. He saw a chiropractor yesterday, but has been in a lot of pain. So I showed him the clip of ways a skater gets on the ice rink, and he chuckled. Laughter is the best medicine! Thanks.
Yeah, pretty sure I can carry more yarn than books…
The problem with that shopping spree is the “you have to be able to carry it” part. In a yarn shop, I’d have to be able to also grab a bag to stuff the yarn in, because yarn doesn’t stack as nicely as books do.
