A friend of ours i! going to Ukraine for a week to volunteer with World Central Kitchen. (It doesn’t hurt that he knows his way around a kitchen; he has always done the cooking for the family.) We are so proud of him. Please consider making a donation to World Central Kitchen, a non-profit started in 2010 by chef José Andrés to help the victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti, and is in Ukraine feeding thousands of people. The NGO has helped feed people in many disaster areas, both in the US and around the world.
Thanks for the fiber-fun. And I’m proud to support World Central Kitchen. What a great organization! XO
I saw the “Top 10 Knitting Podcasts” and started reading, expecting humor – then realized it was serious and started taking notes! Thanks!
Hurrah for World Central Kitchen and chef Andrés! And hurrah for your friend joining them in their good work!
The bread mittens are really funny! Plus, I’ve always kinda wondered why craft beers were called that. Now I know! 😉
I’m a big, big King Arthur fan. Kudos to them. It?
