The blocks of ice will become the Luck (WI) ice palace, one of the draws of Luck’s Winter Carnival. I have blogged about some of the past Carnivals. Due to COVID, the room where the annual trivia contest is held is being used for socially distant dining and is not available for events. Maybe next year…
