Kindness is a very very good word!
I love the meme or artwork or sticker. My word is also kindness. I couldn’t agree more with you. I think we have no idea of the cares and griefs others are carrying. Perhaps kindness will lighten everyone’s load.
Kindness is one of my favourite words, and one that I would feel honoured to be attached to my actions. When I saw the movie It’s a Beautiful Day in the Neigbourhood, (now on Nettflix) about Mr. Rogers, I really found the depiction of him to have been one of kindness, and one i would like to emulate..
Kindness is a good word. The word I chose for the year is gentle—as in, I’m hoping the year is gentle to us, but I’m also reminding myself to be gentle with myself and others. Very similar to your pick for the year. 🙂
