Times marches on.

Today, autumm on the lake. Notice the split tree. It fell down last weekend, after having been split [who knows when].
Look closely to see the snowflakes drifting down. This was NOT taken recently. But winter IS coming.

    Autumn – that brief interlude between “Thank goodness the heat of summer is over” and “Oh, hell, it’s snowing again”…

    Pumpkin spice lattes have appeared, so that’s good. You got me thinking about how quiet things get when the snow falls.
