I LOVED the story of Fiona and followed all the parts. What amazing efforts, time, human effort, medical interventions, finding solutions, gradual introductions, experimentation, etc. that went into raising this preemie to a full happy life! It made me aware of how some injured folks need those same efforts and levels of attention and care for emotionally made harms to them as children. They are the walking wounded. But the love rained on Fiona was beautiful to see, and inspiring,

Suspense! Will the baby octo find safety? and also, I wonder if my lease allows sables? Probably not, but I can’t imagine anyone going to them and saying no really she has a weasel or something.
