The hits just keep on a’comin’.

Another storm rolled through this afternoon, not nearly as severe here as the one last weekend. We had very heavy rain but no strong winds nor hail. But the power went out about 6:00 p.m., so we went into town for dinner. The lights were on when we returned home.

Yesterday’s outage map had only two dots. The one above has 17 with 2,500+ members without service. This is getting old.

There were some tornados in Minnesota, but none locally.

Edited to add:

“There were some tornados in Minnesota, but none locally.

This one was about a mile from us.

Good thing Global Warming is not real….

I am glad the tornado was not closer (although a mile away is too darned close, imo) and that your power was quickly restored!

So glad you dodged another one, Kathy. Yikes!

I was leaving my dad and stepmom’s place just south of St Cloud yesterday as the weather was getting nuts. Made it out of the tornado danger area in the nick of time, but that was not a fun drive back to Minneapolis.

Goodness. Climate change much? I’m glad you are okay.
