That’s a beautiful blanket! I can’t justify buying the kit, though, at least not while I have so much scrap sock yarn crying out to be made into a mitred square blanket.

Well, not the knitted blanket, but that crochet link took me right down a rabbit hole to a crocheted afghan. Must resist…
