Great links! I’d seen similar posts about flag etiquette and the Confederate Flag being the true disrespect before, but it’s great to see again.
And about online shipping vs. storefront? I completely agree that customer service is key. I will go out of my way to shop at a brick & mortar store if the service is good. Without good service, though, I’d just as soon have the thing delivered to me.
