Blog will go on hiatus until after Tuesday, April 5. That is the day of the election for various non-partisan offices in Wisconsin, and the day that the voters of District 4, Polk County, will decide who they want to represent them on the county board of supervisors. I decided to run again so my time will be taken up with that endeavor. The blog feels like a burden right now; I feel guilty that I post only the Saturday and Monday links posts and the occasional Ten on Tuesday, but there seem to be too many other demands on my time. Good mental health requires that I step back from something, and the blog is it.
See you in April!
I was just getting ready to email you and ask if everything is all right. Enjoy the hiatus, campaign hard, and return refreshed. (And victorious!)
Thanks for a heads up. Good luck and we’ll see you on the other side of April 5th.
Thanks for letting us know you’ll be absent for a bit – I’d have worried otherwise. Good luck with the election!
Good luck with the election!! I will miss you!
Good luck! You’ll have plenty for us to read in April.
Good for you for recognizing that good mental health is important, especially for a soon-to-be County Supervisor!
Good luck!
Good luck with the election!
I’ll miss you. BEST OF LUCK with your campaign! May you emerge VICTORIOUS! Will look forward to hearing your tales when you return.
Best of luck. I hope you are re-elected, your county needs you. We will miss you, but we know that you will be absent for a good cause.
