Knitters come through again.


Awesome. Way to go, knitters!

But I have to confess, #1 Son shamed me into my second round of donations.

Mom, I gave $150 to Partners in Health today so they can go treat the
people being pulled out of the rubble in Port-au-Prince.  Since you
have more money than me, maybe you could give more than that.  Or to
MSF, whatever.

When I emailed him to tell him I had donated more, he replied, Oh good, that was the idea.

Sneaky, sneaky…

    It’s a tight month, but I have managed to donate something to Shelterbox. Cornish, and they pack everything you need to set up a temporary home into their trademark green boxes.
    The generosity of knitters seems to know no boundaries. Maybe with the next elections, I must find out which candidates are knitters…
